Inspire are looking for a passionate and experienced
* Registered Children’s Home Manager
* to lead our welcoming home in
* Hatch Beauchamp*, an established service rated
* Good by Ofsted (June 2025)*. The home provides care and accommodation for up to
* three young people aged 10–17*, both male and female.

* What You’ll Be Doing:
* * Leading the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring high standards of care and compliance.

* Inspiring and developing a passionate staff team.

* Building strong relationships with local services, schools, and community partners.

* Embedding therapeutic care practices and maintaining a positive culture.

* Managing safeguarding, health and safety, and all operational aspects.

* Working closely with the Responsible Individual and wider strategic partners to shape the home’s future.

* What You’ll Bring:
* * Level 5 qualification in Leadership & Management in Residential Childcare (or willingness to work towards it).

* At least two years’ recent experience in a supervisory or management role within a registered children’s home.

* Strong leadership and team-building skills.

* A solid understanding of legislation and Ofsted regulations.

* A full UK driving licence.
