Workshop Manager

Workshop Manager required for Automotive independent service centre in the Cheltenham area.

The Salary being offered to the successful Workshop Manager is £45,000 with the hours of: 8:30am-5:30pm Monday to Friday with flexibility on these hours.

• Starting salary between £36-45,000 per annum, pending experience.
• Optional overtime, including Saturdays (ideally 1 in 4 from 9:30am-12:30pm), subject to availability.
• 28 days annual leave ( holidays).

• Allocating work to the technicians within the Workshop.
• Ensuring all associated administration is completed to a very high standard.
• Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Supervising the team of vehicle technicians.
• Complying with health and safety regulations and ensuring the workshop is a safe place to work.
• Looking after the repair centre site.

• Have a previous working experience within a Workshop Manager / Site Manager role.
• Strong leadership skills.
• A full and valid UK driving licence.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage a busy workshop.
