Facade​/QA Manager

We are recruiting on behalf of a specialist cladding contractor delivering brick slip fa ade systems across residential and mixed-use projects.

The Fa ade / QA Manager will be responsible for ordering materials, managing fa ade logistics, and overseeing QA and compliance on site. The role involves coordinating with site teams and suppliers to ensure installations are delivered safely, correctly, and in line with approved specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Order and manage materials for brick slip cladding packages

• Coordinate deliveries and site logistics

• Carry out QA inspections and manage snagging and close-out

• Ensure works comply with drawings, specifications, and system approvals

• Maintain QA records and handover documentation

Requirements

• Experience in fa ade / cladding or QA management

• Strong knowledge of brick slip cladding systems

• CSCS Manager Card (essential)

• SMSTS
