A leading Building Management Systems provider is seeking an experienced Service & Operations Manager to lead its Service & Commissioning department. This senior role combines people management, technical oversight, and commercial responsibility.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage multi-disciplinary service and commissioning teams
Drive department performance across maintenance, projects, breakdowns, and commissioning
Full P&L, budgeting, and forecasting responsibility
Deliver small to medium service projects and retrofits
Build strong customer relationships and provide technical guidance
Mentor, appraise, and develop team members
Experience managing 10+ engineers in a service/commissioning environment
Strong BMS/BEMS technical expertise
Commercially aware with P&L or budget experience
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Calm, decisive, and target-focused
