Head Of Operations

We are looking for a Head Of Operations who wants to work across a National UK wide role.

Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for a Head Of Operations to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation.

The Head Of Operations, will be responsible for:

• Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple sites, ensuring efficiency, compliance and high service standards
• Develop and implement operational strategies, policies and procedures to drive business performance
• Lead, manage and mentor a team of operations managers and supervisors to achieve departmental goals
• Monitor and manage budgets, resource allocation and operational KPIs
• Coordinate project planning, delivery and continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations across all sites
• Foster strong relationships with clients, contractors and internal stakeholders
• Identify operational risks and implement solutions to mitigate potential issues

To be successful for this Head Of Operations role you must have:

• Proven experience in senior operational management roles within facilities management, maintenance or a related industry
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management abilities
• Solid understanding of financial management, budgeting and operational KPIs
• Demonstrable experience in process improvement and project delivery
• Knowledge of relevant health, safety and regulatory compliance requirements
