Warehouse Manager

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Warehouse Manager to oversee daily operations within our warehouses. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing warehouse activities, supervising staff, and ensuring efficient processes are maintained. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a proactive individual with a strong background in warehouse management to contribute to organisational success. The Warehouse Manager will be “hands on” and play a pivotal role in maintaining safety standards, improving operational efficiency, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the warehouse.

• Oversee all aspects of warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and order fulfilment.
• Supervise warehouse staff, providing leadership, training, and performance management to ensure high standards of productivity and safety.
• Manage implementation of Warehouse Management System (WMS), to optimise workflow and data accuracy.
• Oversee shipping & receiving procedures, ensuring timely dispatches and deliveries via 3PL providers or internal transportation resources.
• Operate forklift safely for material handling and manual handling tasks as required.
• Other business requirements (as needed).

• Proven supervisory experience within a warehouse or logistics environment.
• Familiarity with forklift operation and certification is essential.
• Demonstrable understanding of supply chain principles, logistics and warehouse operations
• Experience with process improvement projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency.
