We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Clinic Manager to lead a leading luxury ophthalmology clinic group located centrally in London. This position is to manage 2 clinics reachable within central London.

The successful candidate will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional patient care, and maintain the highest standards of service. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage a prestigious clinic within a renowned healthcare environment, combining leadership, management expertise, and a passion for delivering outstanding healthcare services. The Clinic Manager will be responsible for supervising staff, managing financial aspects, and upholding compliance with regulatory standards such as CQC requirements.

A background in veterinary or healthcare management is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the clinic team to ensure smooth daily operations and delivery of high-quality patient care.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures aligned with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Manage financial activities including budgeting, invoicing, and cost control to optimise clinic profitability.
• Oversee human resources functions such as recruitment, staff training, performance appraisals, and staff welfare.
• Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and maintain accreditation standards through regular audits and assessments.

You should have experience within ophthalmology ideally!
