Are you an experienced, dynamic leader ready to shape governance and regulatory strategy? We are seeking a Director of Governance & Regulatory Affairs to lead the Quality and Risk function, ensuring compliance, robust processes, and high standards across our organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop the Governance & Regulatory Affairs team.

• Design and embed governance frameworks, policies, and compliance systems.

• Oversee safeguarding, complaints, regulatory inspections, and risk management.

• Act as Data Protection Officer, ensuring GDPR and cybersecurity compliance.

• Support operational teams and maintain strong regulator relationships.

Requirements:

• Proven leadership in a regulated environment.

• Expertise in governance, compliance, and regulatory affairs.

• Strong communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.

• Must live within travelling distance of Leeds.
