Area General Manager
Perle Hotels is seeking an exceptional Area General Manager to lead our three Isle of Skye properties:
The Bosville, Marmalade and The Bracken Hide. This role has responsibility for a multi-site luxury portfolio in one of the most extraordinary locations in the UK.
You will hold full accountability for:
- Three hotels, three restaurants and two bars
- Multi-site P&L performance
- Workforce stability in a seasonal island market
- Brand standards and guest experience
- Operational compliance and governance
- Senior leadership development
You will act as the Managing Director's representative on Skye, visible, decisive and commercially sharp, yet grounded and approachable to your teams and the Portree community.

Who We're Looking For- Ideally proven multi-site hotel leadership experience
- Strong financial and commercial acumen
- Confident P&L ownership with connection to operating outcomes
- Experience leading F&B operations
- Calm, grounded leadership style
- Someone who values people as much as results

What We're OfferingA package between £72,000 and £83,000 which includes:
- A newly renovated three-bedroom family home, with heavily subsidised rent
