Job Purpose
Lead continuous improvement within a dairy manufacturing environment, driving efficiency, waste reduction, quality improvement, and sustainable cost savings aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead site-wide CI and Lean initiatives

• Build problem-solving capability across teams

• Deliver cost and profit improvement projects

• Use KPIs and data to identify and sustain improvements

• Improve safety, quality, service, and efficiency

• Support Asset Care and TPM with Operations and Engineering

• Share best practice across sites and lead change

Skills & Experience

• Proven CI or process improvement experience

• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills

• Experience leading cross-functional change

• Lean / Six Sigma or SPC experience preferred

• Manufacturing or FMCG background advantageous

• Strong Microsoft Office skills

• Full driving licence and flexibility to travel
