Job Purpose
Lead continuous improvement within a dairy manufacturing environment, driving efficiency, waste reduction, quality improvement, and sustainable cost savings aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Lead site-wide CI and Lean initiatives
Build problem-solving capability across teams
Deliver cost and profit improvement projects
Use KPIs and data to identify and sustain improvements
Improve safety, quality, service, and efficiency
Support Asset Care and TPM with Operations and Engineering
Share best practice across sites and lead change
Skills & Experience
Proven CI or process improvement experience
Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
Experience leading cross-functional change
Lean / Six Sigma or SPC experience preferred
Manufacturing or FMCG background advantageous
Strong Microsoft Office skills
Full driving licence and flexibility to travel
Performance Measures

Measurable cost, quality, and efficiency gains
