Mobile Facilities Manager

Position: Mobile Facilities Manager (Contract)
Location: Kirkcudbright

I am pleased to present an opportunity for a Facilities Manager based in the Galloway Park area. This position, initially offered on a temporary basis, initially for 3 – 6 months but with chance of being extended or going permanent.

The day rate will be £300-£350 through an Umbrella Company

Responsibilities:

* Ensure efficient and effective management of the integrated facility operations including planned and reactive building, engineering systems and assets maintenance, cleaning and other all other soft facility service to required standards and SLAs

* Building a strong and long-lasting relationships with stakeholders, being visible and present on customer sites, becoming a trusted service partner to the customer

* Leadership of contract management team in the delivery and ongoing development of our service solution systems, ident if ying service improvement opportunities through the agreed quality assurance and performance monitoring, audit and action plans

* Ensure that healthy and safety and all compliance with all health and safety legislation is followed and that there is an embedded safety culture within the team

* Ensure that all required data and reporting all documents including planned, scheduled and reactive maintenance , H&S and safe systems of work etc. are up to date and reviewed at appropriate times

* Ensure all services are delivered in a commercially responsible way; own and deliver the contract budgets, financial targets and SLAs

* Ensure that there is in place effective management of all contract staff, including adherence to the competency passport requirements
