Location: Rhondda

An exciting new job opportunity has arisen for a motivated Service Manager to work in an exceptional hospital service based in the Bradford, West Yorkshire area. You will be working for one of the UK’s leading health care providers.

This is a purpose‑built care home designed for older people requiring residential and nursing care. The dedicated team ensures we meet each resident’s individual care and social needs.

You must be qualified as a Registered Nurse either RGN, RMN or RNLD with a valid NMC Pin.

Responsibilities
  • Ensuring delivery of effective quality care to the people we support, helping residents to grow in self-worth and, where possible, independence to enhance overall quality of life.
  • Managing and maximizing occupancy, by building a positive local reputation and through creative marketing strategies.
  • Complying with all statutory and regulatory requirements, meeting and exceeding care standards, taking accountability for the home and striving for excellence, high ratings, and quality recognition within the local community.
  • Positive management of staff including HR, supervision, appraisal, staff training, acknowledging and utilizing staff potential (with support from central service teams).
  • Maintaining financial efficiency and budgets for the home.
Desired Skills and Experience
  • A highly motivated and experienced leader.
  • Drive and passion to deliver excellent care and support.
  • Significant knowledge of the Northern Ireland regulatory framework.
  • Putting your own positive stamp on the home and the business.
  • Experience in a similar role.

Salary: £65,000 per annum. Full‑time role for 40 hours a week, working Day Shifts.
