A London-based construction consultancy is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to join its growing team and support the delivery of projects across a range of sectors. This Assistant Project Manager opportunity offers excellent exposure to all stages of project delivery and a clear pathway towards Project Manager level.
The successful Assistant Project Manager will work alongside experienced professionals whilst gaining valuable experience across project coordination, contract administration and client management. This Assistant Project Manager role is ideal for an ambitious Assistant Project Manager looking to develop within a consultancy environment.
You must have prior construction consultancy experience to be considered for this role.
The Assistant Project Manager's role- Assisting with project planning and delivery
- Supporting project administration and reporting
- Coordinating meetings and project documentation
- Monitoring programmes and key milestones
- Liaising with clients, consultants and contractors
- Assisting with contract administration duties
- Supporting procurement activities
- Previous construction consultancy experience
- Degree qualified in a construction-related discipline
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ambition to progress within project management
- Working towards APM, RICS or CIOB accreditation desirable
- 35,000 - 45,000
