Community Shop Manager. Aviemore Move Collective

This role is being advertised as a Shop Manager but on appointment the job title will be Community Shop Manager.

, looking for a confident and influential person who is community‑driven and ready to take the lead as the shop manager.

This is an opportunity to bring bold ideas to life as well as to manage the shop and take creative control of visual merchandising.

• Oversee day‑to‑day shop operations.
• Lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team, recruiting and fostering growth.
• Maintain excellent customer service in a face‑to‑face role.
• Engage with the local community to increase the shop's contribution and support Shelter's cause.
• Develop and execute visual merchandising plans to attract customers.

• Proven experience managing and motivating a team beyond expectations.
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage with the local community.
• Knowledge of recruiting and developing diverse teams.
• Passion for visual merchandising and continuous learning of Shelter’s mission.

You will need to be an active team player and able to demonstrate past performance in managing and motivating a team, as well as providing excellent customer service in a face‑to‑face setting.
