Warehouse First Line Manager; PM

We’re looking for a dynamic and motivated Warehouse First Line Manager to join our team in Crick. You’ll lead a team of Warehouse Operatives and Administrators, driving performance and efficiency across manual and automated operations.

Shift pattern: ‘any 5 from 7’, hours of 15:00 till 23:00.

Salary up to £30,400 per annum and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays). • Lead and inspire your team to meet and exceed KPIs
• Manage automated systems including AGV Fleet
  , Auto-labeller Dispenser
  , and Pocket Sorter
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety standards and maintain a clean, safe working environment
• Drive continuous improvement through SOPs and lean methodologies
• Monitor budgets, headcount, and performance metrics
• Promote a positive, inclusive team culture and support colleague development

• Experience of working in a complex, fast-moving logistics/warehouse environment, ideally within eCommerce
• Strong understanding of WMS
  , WCS
  , RCS
  , and automation technologies
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Knowledge of end-to-end warehouse processes, health and safety, and IOSH is highly desirable
