We are looking for an Assistant General Manager for our food and drink venue in Derbyshire. You will be an Assistant General Manager with a passion for crafted cocktails and fresh food, coupled with the ability to lead and inspire with purpose.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the General Manager to execute the overall strategic vision and objectives of the venue.
Lead and inspire our team, providing guidance, coaching and support to enhance their performance and professional growth.
Monitor daily operations to ensure adherence to service standards, quality control, and guest satisfaction.
Assist in financial management, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue optimisation.
Maintain stock control, ensuring adequate stock levels and efficient procurement processes.

Qualifications

You must have previous experience as either a Senior Supervisor or an Assistant General Manager in a similar style venue.
