As a trustee, you will help guide NWCL’s future.

• Setting strategic direction
• Ensuring strong governance and financial sustainability
• Supporting and constructively challenging the leadership team
• Overseeing risk and safeguarding our mission and values

We are looking for trustees who live, work or study in North Wales who bring

• Commitment to access to justice
• Experience delivering services or working with vulnerable or marginalised communities (this could be paid or voluntary or lived experience)
• Willingness to contribute actively to board discussions
• Commitment to equality, diversity and inclusion.
• Experience of charity leadership, governance or management, especially in a legal advice context
• Additional requirements apply for Treasurer and Vice-Chair roles

Hybrid

We welcome applicants from a wide range of backgrounds. You don’t need prior trustee experience and we will provide induction and support.
