We are currently recruiting for an experiencedCentre Managerto join a well-established automotive fast-fit business in the Swindon area.

The Role:
As Centre Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance of the site, ensuring exceptional customer service, strong financial results, and smooth day-to-day operations. Youll lead a team of 12 staff (10 productive), driving both performance and engagement.
