Registered Care Manager - Home Instead Monmouth

Location:

Monmouth Pay: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year

Hours:

Full-time, Monday-Friday Home Instead Monmouth is seeking an ambitious, driven, and experienced Registered Care Manager to lead our young and rapidly growing branch. Currently delivering 400-500 hours of care per month, we are ready to scale and we're looking for the right person to take us there. This is a rare chance to make a real difference. As our Registered Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping the direction of the service, developing the business, and embedding Home Instead's reputation for high-quality, person-centred care throughout the local community.

The Role As the Registered Care Manager, you will be responsible for:
Overseeing the day-to-day management of the service, ensuring high standards of care and compliance with CQC requirements Leading, mentoring, and supporting the care team to deliver exceptional care Driving business development, identifying growth opportunities, and increasing care hours Building strong relationships with clients, families, and the wider community Promoting Home Instead's values and brand locally with professionalism and integrity What We're Looking For We're looking for someone with the vision, energy, and expertise to grow a branch and develop a strong presence in the Monmouth area.

You should bring:
Proven leadership experience in domiciliary or community-based care NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care or equivalent (or working towards) A strong understanding of CIW regulations and best practice in care delivery A track record of business development and relationship-building Excellent communication, organisational, and people skills
