Location: Aston-on-Trent
THERA EAST MIDLANDS seeks a full-time Practice Leader in Aston-on-Trent, overseeing support for individuals with learning disabilities. You'll mentor staff, facilitate person-centred care, and manage operational tasks. Strong leadership and excellent communication skills are vital.
