Cygnet Health Care is recruiting a Hospital Manager for a 15-bed Neuropsychiatric rehabilitation service for men in Carrog, Corwen. You will provide strong leadership to the onsite team, overseeing clinical, finance, HR and support services.
Reporting to the Operations Director, you’ll drive day-to-day management, ensure HIW/CQC compliance, embed risk management and clinical governance, and pursue opportunities for quality improvement and growth. An enhanced DBS check will be required.
