Operations / Team Leader position overseeing and managing a range of hard & soft landscaping projects Primarily a site based position visiting projects across London, overseeing an internal team of contractors and labourers A strong mix of installation / maintenance work & people / project management Work closely with clients, suppliers and internal teams Ensure that all projects are completed successfully in a timely manner Adhere to all regulations, policies and health and safety procedures Liaise with maintenance staff to ensure that machinery is fully operational and down time is a minimum Provide regular feedback, training and support to the workforce, helping to drive performance, productivity and employee development The ideal applicant will be an Operations Manager Landscaping with:
Must have experience as one or more of the following:
