The Openwork Partnership is seeking an experienced Head of Proposition Governance to shape how Openwork builds, manages and evolves its governance capability from Swindon. This 12‑month fixed‑term contract offers a hybrid pattern with three days per week onsite.
You will lead governance design, review processes, and committee chairs, ensuring Consumer Duty alignment and strong client outcomes while guiding a high‑performing team and external engagement.
