Hexagon Care Services is seeking a Deputy Manager for our residential home in Swillington, Leeds. This full-time, 37-hour week role offers a salary of £36,750–£39,000 dependent on experience plus a £1,750 annual bonus.
You will lead and develop care teams, oversee daily shifts, uphold safeguarding and regulatory standards, and support young people to achieve stability and growth. A driving licence is essential and we offer generous benefits and ongoing professional development.
