Halo Leisure is seeking a Duty Manager to oversee operations at our Tondu centre. You will ensure a safe, clean and welcoming environment for members and staff, while driving centre performance and customer satisfaction.
The role offers structured training and progression with a fixed rota to support work-life balance. You will lead a team, manage daily tasks, and develop your skills through funded training including Level 3 Duty Manager qualifications.
