We are recruiting for this amazing health and fitness job in Rustington
. We are looking for an outstanding assistant manager to work with a well renowned and rapidly growing independent business within the health and fitness industry.

This is a very hands‑on management role within the fitness industry and encompasses many areas that can be covered in more detail when you connect with one of our fitness recruitment team.

• Responsible for the day‑to‑day running of the facilities.
• Inspiring and managing the team to drive high performance, provide excellent levels of customer service, and consistently go above and beyond to deliver.
• Managing budgets, KPIs, P&L and driving club performance.
• Focus on standards and levels of service, delivering upon this.

• Experienced manager with a high level of experience running a department or club, understanding the levels of service needed to succeed.
• Worked in high‑end club management and has a real passion for it.
• Strong leader and people motivator, able to get the best from a team and willing to roll up sleeves when needed.
• Sales experience ideal; background in club management, fitness management, and operations management within high‑end facilities.
