The role involves leading the overall management and strategic direction of Kilspindie Golf Club, overseeing finance, membership, hospitality, and daily operations. Reporting to the Board of Directors, you will drive the club's continued growth while ensuring an exceptional experience for members, guests, and visitors.

Founded in 1867 as Luffness Golf Club and playing over the links at Kilspindie since 1899, the club is situated within East Lothian’s renowned Golf Coast. Kilspindie is widely regarded as one of East Lothian’s premier members’ clubs, with approximately 800 members and a strong international reputation for delivering an outstanding golfing and clubhouse experience.

Reporting directly to the Board of Directors, the General Manager will be responsible for leading all aspects of the club’s operations, including:

• Financial management and budgeting
• Membership services and development
• Hospitality and clubhouse operations
• Staff leadership and development
• Strategic planning and future growth initiatives

The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, financial acumen, and excellent communication skills, together with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional service to members, guests, and visitors.
