Infused Solutions is recruiting a Programme Director for a global organisation. This role based in Manchester, offers a hybrid working model for flexibility and collaboration.

You will be responsible for leading large-scale transformation and business focused programmes across a complex manufacturing organisation. You will be reporting directly into the executive team delivering on strategic initiatives including acquisition integration.

Role Overview:
You will be responsible for stakeholder engagement and cross functional leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and govern enterprise-wide transformation programmes.
• Lead integration activities following mergers and acquisitions.
• Coordinate business, operational work streams to ensure successful integrations.
• Manage all risks and issues and provide risk assessments and strategic updates to the board.
• Lead large multi-disciplinary teams across operations, manufacturing, supply chain, finance, technology and HR.
• Lead and mentor team members.
• Manage landscape planning and environment readiness.

Key Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience as programme manager/director working at executive level.
• Extensive experience delivering complex transformation programmes within manufacturing.
• Knowledge of supporting organisations through acquisitions.
• Strong board level stakeholder management and reporting experience.
• Excellent with leading large cross-functional teams.
• Experience leading and mentoring teams.
