Home Farm Care Home is seeking an experienced and motivated Deputy Manager to join our leadership team. Working alongside the Home Manager and the two existing deputies, you will play a key role in ensuring the delivery of safe, person-centred, high quality care for our residents.

This is a leadership position where you will support the daytoday running of the home, lead and inspire the staff team, and ensure all aspects of care align with regulatory and organisational standards.

• Act as Deputy to the Home Manager, supporting operational and clinical leadership.
• Lead the care team to deliver compassionate, dignified and person-centred care.
• Oversee care planning, assessments, and regular reviews to ensure residents’ needs are met.
• Promote high standards of clinical care, quality assurance, and compliance with Care Inspectorate requirements.
• Support staff development, supervision, and performance.
• Build positive working relationships with residents, families, GP practices, MDT colleagues and partner agencies.
• Deputise for the Home Manager during absence and contribute to service improvement.

• Is an experienced registered nurse (Band 6 equivalent desirable).
• Has strong leadership, communication and teambuilding skills.
• Has a sound understanding of clinical governance, person-centred care, and relevant legislation.
• Can effectively manage rotas, staff, and daily operational priorities.
• Can inspire confidence and promote a positive culture within the home.
