Electrical Project Manager

Position: Electrical Project Manager

Location: Leeds, West Yorkshire

Salary: Up to 65,000 (DOE)

We have an opportunity available with an M&E contractor who have a background of over a century completing full turnkey installation projects and maintenance contracts within the commercial sector and have strong growth plans over the next 3 years.

• Running a portfolio of electrical installation, fit out, and refurbishment projects across Yorkshire and the North-West
• Working on projects within the commercial sector including schools, offices, hospitality and health care, with a total project portfolio value of up to 10m
• Procuring materials, labour, and managing both employed and contracted labour on site and remotely
• Liaising directly with clients, providing project progress reports and assisting with escalations
• Overseeing site safety, compliance, and regularly auditing works carried out

• Experienced Electrical Project Manager with demonstrable evidence of completed projects within the commercial construction sector
• Previous experience working on electrical projects with values anywhere from 100k - 10m
• Confident in the requirements for electrical installation projects including lighting, wiring, power distribution, fire alarms, etc
• ECS Managers Card
• Full UK driving licence
• Based within a commutable distance of Leeds

• Basic salary up to 65,000
• 5k - 7k yearly car allowance
• 33 days holiday, including bank holidays
• BUPA healthcare (after probation period)
