We are seeking an experienced Service Manager / Workshop Manager to lead our busy automotive workshop in Swindon. As our Service Manager / Workshop Manager
, you will take full operational responsibility for the daily running of the workshop:

• Lead, motivate, and develop a team of technicians, ensuring high productivity, strong morale, and quality control.
• Manage daily workflow
  , job allocations, labor utilization, and workshop KPIs to maintain clean operational efficiency.
• Liaise across departments
  , collaborating closely with service advisors, parts teams, and senior management to deliver exceptional customer journeys.
• Ensure full compliance with safety, health, and quality procedures, fostering an organized, professional workshop environment.

• Experience: Proven track record as a Service Manager, Workshop Manager, Workshop Controller, or Senior Service Advisor looking for the next step.
