Transport for Wales is transforming how Wales travels and is seeking a proactive Train Manager to lead teams at Machynlleth and Pwllheli depots. The role focuses on safety, performance, and customer service, with responsibility for coaching Train Managers and ensuring competency standards are met within the rolling stock operations.
You'll manage investigations into safety incidents, support Conductor performance, and drive continuous improvement in rostering, welfare, and depot facilities.
