Location: Corwen
CYGNET is seeking an experienced Hospital Manager for a specialist Neuropsychiatric rehabilitation service for men in Carrog, Corwen. You will lead the onsite team, drive clinical governance and ensure regulatory targets are met, while coordinating bed management and referrals with the Clinical/Deputy Manager.
Reporting to the Operations Director, you will shape and embed a high-quality service from the ground up, with strong focus on patient care, staff engagement and commercial growth.
