The role will see you working with a mega client helping to deliver 5
* attendee experiences at major UK sporting events and also supporting the wider agency delivering live events across the UK for other household names.

What you'll be doing:

• Managing the full event lifecycle - from brief and concept through to delivery and post-event evaluation
• Acting as the primary client contact on a key agency account
• Developing detailed event plans, timelines, proposals, and all things operational
• Taking full ownership of budgets and the commercials relating to your key account
• Sourcing venues and negotiating supplier contracts
• Managing delegate registration and logistics across multiple concurrent projects
• Delivering on-site across the UK (and occasionally internationally)

You'll be someone who:

✅ Has solid corporate event management experience, ideally including hospitality and/or sporting events

✅ Is equally comfortable in a spreadsheet as you are on-site in a high-pressure environment

✅ Can juggle multiple projects at different stages without losing focus

✅ Manages budgets with confidence and precision

✅ Builds strong client relationships

✅ Is flexible, this role can involve some weekend working and travel

The setup:

• Hybrid working — 2 days in the Wiltshire office, the rest from home. On-site time across the UK thrown in for good measure.
