You will:
  • Lead and motivate your team to deliver outstanding customer service and meet regulatory standards.
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring work is delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
  • Manage team performance across safety, compliance, training and welfare, using internal systems to monitor and report progress.
  • Drive productivity improvements while maintaining quality and compliance.
  • Handle core people management responsibilities such as absence, holidays and resource planning to ensure delivery targets are met.
You have:
  • Experience managing operational teams, ideally within a field-based, industrial, utilities, engineering, construction, or similar environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • A proactive approach to performance management, using data and IT systems to monitor performance and drive results.
  • The ability to lead in a fast-paced operational environment, balancing priorities while maintaining high standards of safety, compliance, and customer service.
  • Transferable management and leadership skills; experience within electricity distribution is beneficial but not essential.
