The Job in a Nutshell:
This is a senior leadership opportunity for an experienced HSQE Manager looking to make a genuine impact across a portfolio of major civil engineering and utilities projects.
You'll lead a team of HSQE Advisors and Officers, ensuring the highest standards of Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental performance are maintained across multiple live projects. Working closely with senior operational teams and clients, you'll champion a proactive safety culture while driving compliance, continuous improvement and operational excellence.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll have the opportunity to influence company-wide standards while mentoring the next generation of HSQE professionals.
Should You Apply?
We think candidates with HSQE Management experience within Civil Engineering, Utilities, Infrastructure, Water, Power or Heavy Civils should apply. After speaking with the hiring manager, if you've managed multiple live projects, led HSQE teams and have a strong understanding of Irish Health & Safety legislation, you'll have an excellent chance of being successful.
You'll ideally have:
- 7+ years' experience in an HSQE Management role.
- Experience leading HSQE teams across multiple construction projects.
- Strong auditing, compliance and incident investigation experience.
- Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills.
- Degree or Diploma in Health & Safety (or equivalent).
