PMO Manager - Portfolio & Change (12 Month FTC)
Sheffield / Hybrid 55,000 - 67,500 + Benefits 12-Month FTC
We're working with a growing professional services organisation going through significant growth and acquisition activity, and they're looking for a PMO Manager - Portfolio & Change to help develop and mature the PMO function.
This is a hands-on role for a PMO Manager who enjoys building, improving and influencing, with continuous improvement mindset, and a focus on strengthening governance and delivery.

- Develop and embed PMO governance, processes and ways of working
- Improve project reporting, controls, methodologies and templates
- Own change and integration activity
- Provide guidance and coaching to project and programme teams
- Monitor project progress, KPIs, risks & issues and report to senior stakeholders
- Drive continuous improvement across the project and change environment
- Drive the adoption of new PPM tools across the project & programme teams
- Proven experience developing or maturing a PMO function
- Strong governance, reporting and delivery experience
- Experience working through significant organisational change; M&A experience would be advantageous
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Confident with Microsoft 365, particularly Teams and MS Project
- Jira or Planview experience (or similar tools)
- Comfortable working in a busy, changing environment
