Lanes Group is recruiting for a Jetting Supervisor to lead operational teams across North Wales, driving performance, safety and customer service on wastewater maintenance works.
You will manage crews, plan and execute works with a strong focus on compliance, KPI delivery and on-time completion, while coordinating with clients and stakeholders in a busy utilities environment. A full UK driving licence is essential and you will coach and develop the team through toolbox talks and training records.
