ALH Recruitment are looking to recruit an Office Manager with immediate effect for our client who continue to lead their market, based in the Boston area of Lincolnshire.

Office Manager:

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Office Manager to lead a team of 15+ employee's, managing the day to day running of the office whilst maintaining a positive culture where employee's feel genuinely valued.

Reporting into the Technical Support Manager you will shape strategy, lead and develop your team whilst fostering a culture of high performance and customer centricity.

This role is pivotal in ensuring our client delivers exceptional technical support, whilst driving efficiency and operational excellence.

Call Centre experience as a team leader / office manager would be advantageous but not essential. However, experience of leading a team is essential.
