Location: Dolwyddelan

As our Operational Care Quality Partner, you'll support care homes across the North Division to improve quality, strengthen performance and deliver sustainable outcomes for residents. This is a highly visible, hands-on role supporting homes that may be without a General Manager, welcoming new leadership or requiring focused improvement., You'll work alongside Regional Directors, General Managers and care teams to assess performance, identify priorities and implement effective improvement plans.,

  • Lead care quality and clinical improvements across supported homes.
  • Assess underperforming services and implement measurable improvement plans.
  • Strengthen clinical governance, including oversight of risk, incidents and resident outcomes.
  • Support regulatory compliance, CQC inspection readiness and post-inspection actions.
  • Coach and support nurses, managers and care teams.
  • Support serious complaint and event investigations, ensuring learning is shared.
  • Travel across the division and respond flexibly to urgent operational needs.
    If you're an experienced clinical leader who is passionate about raising standards and developing others, we'd love to hear from you., You will:
  • Be a qualified nurse with current NMC registration.
  • Have substantial experience managing or supporting care home operations.
  • Have multi-site or regional experience.
  • Demonstrate a track record of improving quality, compliance and service performance.
  • Have strong knowledge of CQC requirements and clinical governance.
  • Hold a Level 5 qualification in Health and Social Care Management or be willing to work towards it.
  • Be an influential, resilient and adaptable leader.
  • Be able to travel extensively across the division, including at short notice.
