Providing specialist nursing support and advice, taking charge of resident care. Supervising and coaching colleagues to deliver a service that empathises with resident issues. Acting as a mentor, offering support, guidance, and leadership to the care home staff. Package and Benefits:
The Deputy Manager role offers:
