We are recruiting a Registered Manager with a valid PIN. You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the complex care provision across Sussex, Hampshire, Surrey and Essex, ensuring consistent compliance with CQC regulations and company processes and policies. With strong leadership skills you will ensure high levels of quality care are delivered. Leading the Regional Nurse Managers and Operations Managers, the Registered Manager is accountable for clinical excellence, operational delivery, workforce performance and continuous improvement, ensuring outstanding outcomes for clients, commissioners, regulators and the organisation.
