We’re looking for an experienced Home Manager to lead a well-established nursing, residential and dementia care home in Shropshire.

The home is CQC rated Good and offers an excellent opportunity for an established manager to take full ownership of the service, lead from the front and continue building on its strong foundations.

You’ll be joining a growing provider that genuinely values quality care, strong leadership and continuous improvement, with the support needed to succeed in the role.

As Home Manager, you’ll have overall responsibility for the operational, regulatory and cultural leadership of the home. You’ll lead and develop your team, maintain high standards of care and compliance, and ensure residents receive an exceptional experience.

This is a genuine Home Manager-level opportunity and we’re open to applications from both clinical and non-clinical leaders.
About you

• Proven experience managing an elderly care service as a Home Manager
• Background in nursing, residential and/or dementia care
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations, compliance and care standards
• A confident and visible leader who can motivate, develop and hold a team accountable
