You’llwork closely with the Centre Manager to lead a team of Tutorsandgrowyour centre through new member acquisition andbydeliverinanexceptional service for families.

The RoleYou’llimpactall aspects of centre performance, including:
Driving membership growth through community engagement, local partnerships, and marketing events
Maximising profitability through debt and revenue managementandoptimising staff efficiency
Delivering excellentfamilyand member experiences from first enquiry through to long-term progress
Managing day-to-day operations to ensure the centre runs smoothly and efficiently
Leading, coaching and developing your
Tutor team to deliver outstanding learning experiences for members
Championing safeguardingbyprioritising the safety and wellbeingofevery child in your care
