60,000 - 80,000 + Bonus + Genuine Progression

We're partnering with an ambitious children's care provider that is building something special across South East London and Kent.

They're looking for a proven Registered Manager who can do more than ensure compliance. Someone who can build culture, develop exceptional teams, achieve outstanding outcomes and become a key part of the organisation's future growth plans.

You'll have the autonomy to lead your service properly.

You'll work closely with senior leaders, influence future services and play an important role as the organisation continues to expand.

• Experienced Registered Manager within children's residential care
• Strong understanding of Ofsted and Children's Home Regulations
• Experience supporting young people with EBD needs
• Level 5 Leadership & Management or working towards it
• Proven ability to build, develop and retain strong teams
• A leader who combines high standards with genuine care and compassion

• 60,000 - 80,000 salary
