N As Senior Operations Manager, you will provide senior operational leadership across Kier's reactive delivery activities on the Anglian Water contract, ensuring a safe, responsive and high-performing service.

You'll translate contract and client requirements into effective operational delivery, leading operational management teams to ensure resources are effectively deployed and performance is maintained. Operating within a fast-paced reactive environment, you'll provide visible leadership, respond effectively to changing operational priorities and ensure appropriate plans, resources and controls are in place to meet fluctuations in workload. N What will you be responsible for?

N As a Senior Operations Manager, you'll be working within the Anglian Water team, supporting them in delivering excellent operational performance. Your day to day will include: N   Providing senior leadership across reactive operational delivery, ensuring clear accountability and effective management throughout the operational structure N Ensuring operational activity complies with health, safety and environmental requirements whilst driving continuous improvement N Driving operational performance against the contract's agreed KPIs and performance framework, working closely with Commercial colleagues N Developing strong and credible working relationships with Anglian Water operational stakeholders and providing senior representation at performance forums N Leading, engaging and developing the operational management team, establishing clear performance expectations and building leadership capability through coaching and performance conversations N   What arewe looking for?

N This role of Senior Operations Manager is great for you if: N   You have significant operational leadership experience within a fast-paced, reactive service environment N You have strong experience leading operational management teams and geographically dispersed delivery N You can demonstrate experience delivering against demanding safety, customer, operational and commercial performance requirements N You have strong stakeholder management skills and people leadership capability with the ability to establish accountability while developing and engaging teams N You hold a Full driving licence N   We're all about finding potential here at Kier, and transferrable skills are always welcome!
