Technician; Temporary

Position: Technician (Temporary)
Location: Springfield

A manufacturer based in Chelmsford are looking for a Technician to join their expanding team.

We are looking for someone with a background in mechanical engineering, supporting processes in different departments including welding and fabrication, wiring and electrical, IT and software. If you have experience in welding and fabrication and are I.T literate then this could be a good role for you.

Ideally you will have completed an apprenticeship in engineering or been to college/university and gained qualifications in a similar field.

Hours of work are 7am to 3.30pm Monday to Friday.

Technician Duties:

- Interpret technical drawings, schematics, and work instructions accurately
Collaborate with engineers and quality teams to resolve production issues
Problem solving
Be involved with quality control processes
Communicating across departments This is a temporary with a view of taking someone on permanently although timescales are to be confirmed.
