8am - 4:45pm Monday to Thursday and 8am - 2pm Friday

About the Role

We're looking for a proactive and reliable Production Operator to join a well-established manufacturing business in Wrexham, specialising in electrical products. This is a hands-on role involving soldering and electrical sub-assembly, working to high quality standards within a supportive team environment. The company offers long-term opportunities and the chance to secure a permanent position.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out electrical sub-assembly, including soldering components to PCBs

Assemble electrical products in line with drawings, work instructions, and specifications

Use hand tools and soldering equipment safely and accurately

Conduct visual and functional quality checks to ensure products meet required standards

Follow production schedules to meet daily output targets

Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work area in line with health & safety requirements

About You

To be successful as a Production Operator, you'll ideally have:

Previous experience in electrical assembly, soldering, or electronics manufacturing

Confidence using hand tools and soldering irons

A good understanding of quality control and health & safety procedures

Strong attention to detail and a reliable, team-focused attitude

Desirable Skills

Soldering (through-hole and/or surface mount)

Electrical or electronic sub-assembly

Reading basic schematics or assembly drawings

Quality inspection

Manual handling

Manufacturing or production experience
