Production Operative

* Deeside

* 4 on / 6 off shift pattern 12-month Fixed Term Contract (with potential to become permanent)

Kinetic Recruitment is currently recruiting Production Operatives on behalf of a leading chemical manufacturing company based in Deeside. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established and successful production team, with long-term prospects for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

* Operating within a chemical manufacturing environment

* Carrying out production processes including blending and milling

* Completing full clean-down procedures

* Maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene, and GMP compliance

* Identifying and responding to basic production faults and issues

* Completing quality documentation and maintaining accurate records

* Manual handling, including lifting bags up to 25kg, moving bins, and operating equipment safely

Requirements

* Previous experience in a chemical processing or manufacturing environment

* Understanding of end-to-end production processes

* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

* Basic problem-solving skills

* Good level of numeracy and literacy

* Physically capable of manual handling tasks

* FLT Counterbalance licence (advantageous but not essential)
