Position: Manufacturing Operator II (Contract)

Pay Rate: £12-13 per hour

Hours:

37.5 hours per week (Mon-Fri)

Shifts:

Rotating Early (07:00-15:00) and Late (15:00-22:45)

Contract:

12 Months(potential for extension)

The Role
We are looking for a reliable General Operative to join our production team in a regulated manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on role that involves working in cleanroom areas, following strict safety protocols, and ensuring high-quality standards for every product.

Key Responsibilities
Cleanroom Support:
Following strict gowning and hygiene procedures to enter production areas.

Production Tasks:
Assisting with packaging, labeling, and weighing products.

Maintenance:
Cleaning equipment and production areas according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Material Handling:
Moving stock, checking expiry dates, and loading equipment like washers or autoclaves.

Documentation:
Keeping accurate, clear records of all work completed.

Requirements

Basic Skills:

GCSE Maths and English (Grade C/4 or above) or equivalent.

Experience:

Previous experience in a regulated industry (Food, Pharma, Auto, or Engineering) is preferred but not essential.
